What is Connexions?

Connexions is a service for young people that aims to have a real impact on your lives, helping you to move into adult and working life. All 13 – 19 year olds can get information, advice and support on lots of topics from careers to relationships through to school and home problems.

How can a Connexions personal advior help you?

Your Connexions Adviser is trained to:

  • give you up-to-date and relevant information
  • provide confidential support and practical help
  • help you to talk to other people who can help you

How can you get help?

You can visit your Connexions Adviser in the Connexions Resource Centre on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Also you can attend her drop-in advice session on a Wednesday lunchtime.

You can book an appointment via your Tutor, Year Head, Mrs. Selley (Careers Co-ordinator), or via another member of staff.

During the holidays you can use the Connexion freephone number for help and advice: 0800 9755111.
