GCSE EXAM RESULTS 2010
Staff and students are celebrating at statistic-smashing set of GCSE results at Penrice Community College.
Headteacher David Parker said, “It’s congratulations all round - we’re all delighted. Pass rates in Maths improved for the third year running and English hit a new record of 75% in English Language and 80% in English literature passing at the A*-C level.

Looking Ahead
As you probably know, the Government have announced that all schools may be able to convert to Academy status.  We are looking at what this might mean for Penrice.  It is not yet clear what the advantages and disadvantages are for our college.

NEW SCHOOL UNIFORM

Penrice’s new uniform has been on display in reception for some time and we hope that parents and carers have had an opportunity to come and look at it. As you may know, the request for a different style of uniform came from the students and we are delighted that they have been so involved in the new design.
